Returns from Outside the EU
• Customs duties, VAT, and handling fees paid upon delivery are non‑refundable • The return package must be clearly marked as “Returned goods” • Any additional customs charges caused by incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund
Refunds
• We refund your order within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal • We may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received or proof of return has been provided. • Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and checked at our warehouse • Refunds are made to the same payment card used for the purchase
